Mr Ho, aged 54, a Singaporean, became the alternate director to Mr Cheah Kim Teck on 26 April 2008. He has been with Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited since 1984 and is now the Group Company Secretary as well as Director of Group Corporate Affairs. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree and MBA from the National University of Singapore. He is also a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
